Psychology's definiton of stress:

I think that it is awesome that at the beginning of psychology today in order to demonstrate stress we watch the beginning of Episode 15, Season 5 of NBC's The Office.  This is the one where Dwight does a fire drill to test for the offices emergency preparedness.  If you have Netflix I definitely recommend watching the beginning part of it.
